Belle Vie Vineyard is a Premier Party & Special Event Venue and is the perfect place to host your Birthday Party, Milestone Party, or Special Event.
Our packages will provide a totally private event space and all of the pieces to make your day super special!

Party & Special Event Pricing
Step 1 – Select a Venue Rental
Party & Special Event Venue Rental Includes:
Exclusive use of Belle Vie – the entire property is yours!
60in round dining tables -25 available
Classic white padded chairs -250 available
8ft tables for buffet, gifts, etc. -10 available
Complimentary on-site parking
Complete set up and breakdown of Belle Vie’s equipment
5 hour minimum – 12 hour maximum
* Linens are not included in this pricing. We can add-on rentals or you can bring your own!
Your rental rate will be calculated on all hours needed on the property including outside vendor set-up, your event time and outside vendor break down.
++ 18% service fee and current sales tax will be added to all pricing
Step 2 – Choose your Beverage Package
A Beverage Packages is Required with Venue Rental
All Packages will Include: 5 Hours of Unlimited Service, Bartenders, Bar Glassware, Ice, Straws & Cocktail Napkins
Minimums apply for beverage packages – 100 guest minimum for Saturday events 50 guests for all other days
Security/Parking Attendant may be required (with alcohol service) price based on hours used
