Belle Vie Vineyard Artisan Market Details?

Please read the General Rules and Information and if you’d like to apply for a vendor space please fill out the application form below. 

  •  VENDOR SPACES: You will be provided a marked booth space based on your specific needs. All booths are located on an open air lawn area. Shade and equipment are NOT provided by the venue so please plan accordingly. Vendor spaces will be assigned by show organizers. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for attendees. If you have special space needs, please include your request with your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Spaces are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis.
    Only one (1) business per booth; space may not be sublet or shared without prior approval of an authorized staff of Belle Vie Vineyard.
  •  SET-UP & BREAKDOWN:  Vendors may begin set up 3.5 hours prior to event start time. All Vendors must be set up and ready to sell 30 minutes before the event doors open. Your booth MUST stay intact and you must remain in your booth until the end of event or until dismissed by event organizers.
  • LICENSE & INSURANCES: You may be asked to provide your business license, health permits & general liability insurance policy based on the nature of your business. Note: we are located in Sacramento County so if your business requires a county specific license, please be aware of this.
  • PAYMENT: Booth spaces for this event are $35 for 10×10, or $70 for 20×20. Approved food vendor spaces will be custom priced based on agreement. The full payment is due with a signed contract to secure your space at this event. Payment is only eligible for refund if the event is cancelled entirely.  This fee will be used to cover your booth space, advertising and other incidental costs associated with the production of this event.
  • ELECTRICITY: Electricity will be available on a first-come first-served basis as electricity is not available in all spaces. Extension cords are not included in the fee and must be provided by the Vendor.
  • ADVERTISING AGREEMENT: Paid advertising for this event will be provided by Belle Vie Vineyard and partnering sponsors. You will be provided with ad media to promote on your own social platforms and share as personal invitations. We request that all vendors share and cross-promote for the success of the event. The more the merrier!
